This is an attrition fight, bone shard sets up the DOT that won't go away, the Raptor breaks its shield so it takes damage and dies.

The rounds were a little off. Bubble comes off CD on round 11, not 10. This meant I was able to get another Whirlpool off on round 9.

As for your script, using the ~ key you can group the rounds up on a single line like this:

use(Whirlpool:513) [round~1,5]
