VERY SAFE AND RELIABLE STRAT. JUST TAKES A LONG TIME.
My build on ruby droplet is H/S, probably the worst build for this fight. The idea is to kill Lil' B with sunlight before he joins the game, it takes a very long time but should be unproblematic.

Note: do this pet battle last in the week, if you are after all 3 Elekk battles. I did this fight 2nd, and Elekk was dead for 3rd battle, rip.
