Wish I could see the previous strat with leveling pet, but this is what I came up with, using a 16+ leveling pet in slot 2. (Level pet will be bleeding, no big deal on my usual 23+ pets.) Not a script writer, so it's a cobbled mess, but this is working so far for me.

That attempt included Iron Starlette attacking while Tikka had their dodge aura active, so passing on that round next time should shave off a few seconds of pointless animation.

T1 Moonfire
T2+ Arcane Blast until Buzzbeak is dead
Tikka Comes in
T1 Arcane Blast
T2 Arcane Blast
T3 Evanescence (when Dust Cloud is up)
T4 Arcane Blast
T5 Arcane Blast - Tikka dies
Milo comes in
T1 Arcane Blast - Nether Faerie Dragon dies
Bring in Iron Starlette
T1 Wind-Up
T2 Supercharge
T3 Wind-up - Milo dies (typically)
*Powerball if Milo is still alive
Evanescence instead of Life Exchange allows NFD to survive Tikka, so no extra Powerball attacks needed to finish Tikka, and the initial Arcane Blast on Milo allows Wind-Up to finish Milo. Sometimes Milo will kill NFD before the first Arcane Blast. In that case, just need to finish Milo with a Powerball after Wind-up, so that will add a few more seconds.
